Smoked & Spicy Chicken Wings 

3 lbs chicken wings

3/4 cup soy sauce

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

3 tsp Dorset Maple Reserve Smoked & Spicy maple syrup

1 tsp sriracha

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a large bowl. In another bowl dry wings with paper towel and poke them with a fork all over. Put a little sauce to the side for later and take the rest of the sauce and coat wings evenly, marinate wings in the fridge for 4-8 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spread wings evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flip wings and pour on the rest of the sauce and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
