Maple Balsamic Glaze

1/4 cup of orange juice 

1/4 cup Dorset Maple Reserve Amber Rich maple syrup 

3 tbl balsamic vinegar

2 cloves of minced garlic

1 tbl olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Combine everything ( except oil) in a med size sauce pan on medium/high heat, bring to a boil for 5-6 minutes. Stir in oil and remove from heat. This glaze is great over grilled chicken, salmon, and pork chops.
