Maple Glazed Ham 

2 cups pineapple juice

1 Tbl whole grain mustard

1 cup Dorset Maple Reserve Maple Syrup

1 tsp salt

3 cloves

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan & simmer on medium low heat, reduce mixture by half. Pour half of the glaze over ham and bake. Reserve other half of glaze to pour over baked ham table side.
